Shipping Policy

Processing times

All of our products are made by hand. All cards, prints, stationery and stickers are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. All home decor items are processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days. If your order contains a printed product and home decor, your order will be processed within 5-7 working days. 

​During busier periods (i.e. holidays and sales), slight delays may occur.

Delivery info

UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and aim to be delivered within 2-4 working days from dispatch. This is not a tracked service. If you would like your items dispatched using an alternative service, you can upgrade your delivery option at checkout to other non-tracked and tracked services. 

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and aim to be delivered within 7 days from dispatch. Items often take longer than their estimated delivery time. This can be due to delays within postal services and customs and mail strikes. We do not currently ship orders to the US or Europe. 

 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays

Our preferred courier, Royal Mail, will only consider an order to be lost if it has not arrived after 2 weeks for UK orders and 3 months for international orders. If your order still hasn't arrived after these timeframes, please do get in touch. We kindly ask that you do not contact us about delivery delays until that amount of time has passed.

You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been dispatched. If you have chosen a tracked service, your tracking information will also be in this email. These emails can sometimes go into junk/spam folders so please ensure to check there too.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and refunds

We accept returns provided that the item is returned back to us within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for paying the return postage. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Personalised items can not be returned or exchanged. 

If, in the unfortunate event, your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged we can offer a replacement or refund. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact me directly at eyupemma@outlook.com within 7 days. Proof of the damage will be required. If you fail to report the damage to us within 7 days, we are no longer responsibile for that damage and cannot provide a refund at that point.
