All coasters come with a branded label and are packaged in biodegradable bubble wrap and tissue paper.
All coasters are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as standard. This is a tracked service. If you'd like to use an alternative service, you can upgrade your delivery option at checkout.
Processing times:
All of our products are made by hand to order. All cards, prints, stationery and stickers are processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days. All home decor items are processed and dispatched within 5-7 working days. If your order contains a printed product and home decor, your order will be processed within 5-7 working days.
Our coasters are heat and water resistant. They are not completely waterproof and they are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Clean them with a cloth and wipe away spills immediately to prevent staining.
Heat or moisture may cause mugs or cups to stick to the coaster. This is normal for any coaster, but if this happens simply twist or lift to release.
Due to the nature of the material, small air bubbles and spots of discolouration may be seen. This is a normal part of the materials process and is to be expected.
Due to being handmade, the size, shape, texture and colour may vary. These items are fragile. Keep out of reach from children and pets.
Although they look good enough to eat… they’re not edible!
